Chief Growth Officer

If you think you’ve seen it all working in development, try working on the North Korea issue. We’re looking for a Chief Growth Officer who believes in our mission and is hungry to secure long-term revenue growth to ensure that we can fulfill our vision of helping the North Korean people achieve their freedom. But this isn’t just about raising some money and growing a movement. We need someone who is entrepreneurial and enthusiastic about both fundraising and marketing, who can create and oversee the execution of strategies for an end-to-end pipeline that will effectively grow and mobilize our passionate, diverse and global base of supporters and donors. Someone who leads boldly but with humility and is excited for an opportunity to mentor and oversee a brilliant team of development, marketing & communications, and creative staff. You will report to our CEO and work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to accelerate and ensure sustainable and measurable growth. Not gonna lie.
