FULL TIME
Through all the adjustment and new challenges refugees face in resettlement, we believe that North Korean refugees have huge potential to succeed in their new lives — and they do. High school graduations, starting families, launching new businesses. These are only a fraction of the milestones that North Korean refugees have shared with us. Our US Post Resettlement team practices strength-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered case management to North Korean refugees to help them achieve self efficacy and reach self-sufficiency and integration in their new communities. LiNK also provides various capacity-building programs to support resettled North Korean refugees as they define their own terms for success, strive to accomplish their goals and thrive in their new lives.
We’re looking for someone with a passion to work with North Korean refugees as each individual faces their own unique challenges in resettlement. You will contribute toward building and implementing capacity-building programs to guide, train, equip and empower resettled North Korean refugees to reach their fullest potential and become agents of change in their own lives and for the North Korea issue.
