We’re looking for volunteer instructors to conduct short workshops for our Study Abroad & Career Development (SACD) Program in South Korea. The SACD workshops will give participants cross-cultural knowledge and equip them with the skills necessary to effectively engage with people in the U.S. and adapt to the new cultural environment. The workshops will also provide career exploration and development opportunities in South Korea, teach practical life skills that are pertinent to their success in the U.S.
We need workshop instructors who can provide relevant knowledge and insight to North Koreans who have resettled in South Korea and will study English for one or two semesters in the U.S. Workshop instructors will lead one or two workshop(s), including lectures and activities, in order to support and help them accomplish personal and professional goals while participating in the SACD Program.
