my name is jack I am from California I was wondering where the money ends up eventually. My question is when it comes to actually getting the north Korean refuges across the Tumen river then out of china and down into a south Korean embassy in Thailand for example. Then who is it that helps them do all this who is out there assisting them get through the borders or not get arrested in china or provides them with food and shelter etc. who is out there in Asia working with the refuges and making sure they get to safety
