Hello! I am a sixteen year old girl who is very passionate about the North Korean people. I wish to start a rescue team for LiNK. I have tried to get my local high school and community college to agree to being a rescue team but neither has shown interest. I am more than willing to start one on my own. Am I allowed to despite me being under age and it starting out as a one person team? I am almost seventeen and I hope to gain more interest as I begin to spread the news of LiNK.
