First, sorry if I do mistakes in english. To introduce me, I’m seventeen years old, and I’m really interested about the North Korean issue. I always thought that I should do something for the North Korean without knowing how to help them. Thus, I wanted to know if it was possible to start a rescue team in a french high school, since I saw many of them come from the USA. Also, can you explain me clearly in what the actions consist ?
