NOMADS BELIEVE LIBERTY IS A UNIVERSAL RIGHT. WHILE THE NORTH KOREAN PEOPLE ARE DENIED BASIC FREEDOMS, NOMADS ARE TRAVELING NORTH AMERICA TO TELL THEIR STORIES, MOTIVATING PEOPLE TO GET INVOLVED, & EFFECTING CHANGE IN THE LIVES OF THE NORTH KOREAN PEOPLE.
IS THIS AN INTERNSHIP?
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
YES, this is the most unique internship you will ever experience. North Korea is one of the most oppressive countries in the world but nobody is talking about it. For ten weeks your mission will be to blow thousands of minds about the realities of the North Korea crisis and give people the tools to do something about it. Nomads are changing North Korea.
DO I NEED TO KNOW MUCH ABOUT NORTH KOREA?
HOW EXACTLY DOES THIS WORK?
After 5 weeks of training and preparing for tour at LiNK HQ, we’ll pair you up with 2-3 others who are just as passionate as you are and together you will be an unstoppable team. Be prepared to work hard. Your time in office will be spent contacting thousands of people, giving them a chance to bring us to their community.
“As a Nomad I developed the ability to communicate huge ideas to diverse audiences, and learned I could connect with all types of people. Seeing what others are doing opened my eyes to future paths I hadn’t even thought about.”
“My time on the road taught me that helping others is a team effort. I learned to work with people from all different background and skills for a common vision.”
“Working as a Nomad helped me to continue to refine my dream as I figure out my role within social justice. It also taught me practical skills for networking and organizing, both people and events.”
