If you’re swamped at school, in a lull, or exhausted, this is the meeting for you! Here’s what you need to give your Rescue Team a little pick me-up so that you’re ready to give it your all and reach your goal!
MEETING GOALS
Re-energize your Rescue Team
Celebrate your accomplishments
STEP 1 | CONNECT
Check in with everyone and see how they’re doing.
Talk about the low points and the high points of everyone’s week.
Tip: Try to get comfortable! In winter, provide hot chocolate or tea at your meeting. In the warmer months, offer lemonade or popsicles.
STEP 2 | CELEBRATE
Take a step back and look at all that you have accomplished so far. How much money have you raised? What events have you had? How many new members have you gained this year? Announce all of your accomplishments and acknowledge how hard you all have worked.
Watch our 400 rescues videos. Our Vice President Justin thanks all of you for contributing to a HUGE milestone: rescuing over 400 refugees!

STEP 3 | GET INSPIRED!
Check out one (or all) of these videos for some laughs or inspiration!
Talk about exciting events that your Rescue Team has planned and what your goals are for the next few weeks! Have everyone say what Rescue Team-related thing they’re most looking forward to in the upcoming weeks.
If you don’t have anything planned yet, don’t sweat it! Talk about activities that your members love to do and see if you could turn one of them into a fundraiser!
