Creativity is a core component of how LiNK works. We’ve been able to accomplish a great deal with limited resources by finding creative solutions and working with young and talented creatives. As LiNK’s graphic designer you will infuse creative thinking, effective design and new solutions into everything we do.
We are looking for the swiss army knife of graphic designers. You will write content, take photos, create websites, send emails, design merchandise and print materials, design events, and more. Graphic designers with strong freelance experience or with creative direction experience are ideal candidates.
You will be responsible for maintaining LiNK’s brand across various communication channels: print, web, video, scripts, events, blogs, etc. You’ll works closely with LiNK’s filmmaker and manage graphic design interns. Everything we create (websites, videos, social media, email marketing, merchandise, official reports, event design, presentations, campaigns, etc.) is a team effort often led by the graphic designer. You’ll lead brainstorms, prepare briefs, and lead various creative talent to accomplish a shared vision.
Many new ideas come from everyone on staff, and you’ll be responsible to make sure our culture and work environment is conducive to idea sharing. You’ll be largely responsible for setting the vision for new campaigns and visual projects. This includes the visuals identity, communications strategies, and the work plan to get it done.

Social media and email marketing (writing, building, and sending)
Experience with CMS website technologies (WordPress)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience with digital photography and editing
Experience with Adobe creative suite
At least one year of relevant experience
