Let’s face it. The current media that’s out there on North Korea sucks. They focus on the politics, the nuclear threat posed by the regime, and Kim Jong Un’s bestie, Dennis Rodman. As part of LiNK’s Media Team, you will get to tell the real story of North Korea— the potential of the North Korean people and how they are creating change in their own country. You will have the opportunity to create and edit videos that will be used in various media outlets including social media, documentaries, and even public broadcast.
Qualifications
- Ability to use various Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Ability to operate a DSLR
Preferred Qualifiations
- Ability to speak Korean fluently is a huge bonus
- Skills in animation are a plus
You'll be working out of our sweet office, a.k.a., LiNK HQ in Long Beach, CA. This is being offered as a full-time internship from August 23rd to December 13th. The internship is unpaid, but we will gladly help you earn school credit. Housing is provided at the LiNK intern house, as well as use of LiNK vehicles during your internship.
We aren't able to be flexible with the start and end dates, so if you aren't available for the full term then we encourage you to apply for an internship in the future! We offer internships every spring, summer, and fall.
