We want to give a shout-out and show some love to Levi Ammundsen, an amazing supporter of ours who is giving up his summer to help the people of North Korea and raise awareness for the human rights crisis currently happening there.
On April 15th, Levi got on his bike in Prince George, British Columbia and started riding to Larabee State Park in Washington to reach the Pacific Coast. Instead of heading back home after the more than 400 mile ride he kept on riding east. His trip will take him through the US Heartland and have him reach the East Coast in Boston. From there he’ll be heading north back into Canada and then heading home. Levi will be riding 11,000 kilometers (6,835 miles for us Americans), take 150 to 170 days, and have him crossing the North American continent TWICE!

His goal is to raise $25,000 which by itself will help to save 10 North Korean refugees. With only 15 donors he’s already reached over $1,000.
Not only is Levi taking on this grueling physical challenge, but he also self-funded his trip with the help of a local business for supplies. We’re grateful to have supporters like Levi who are willing to devote so much not only to us, but truly to helping the people of North Korea.
